HOUSING ALLOWANCE
Honourable Kaura is right regarding housing allowances because one main reason for housing allowance as per government circular is to assist civil servants to meet municipal bills whether renting or just paying for relatives or family property municipal bills.
*Government Management Cadres receives housing allowance irrespective of owning a house or not. Why should soldiers be denied such incentives and forced to provide proof of ownership of property? Management Cadre always negotiates deals in own favours.
